Arame seaweed - 50g
What is Arame Seaweed
Arame seaweed has been valued for its unique properties for millennia. They are eaten mainly in the Far East, but they are also more and more popular in Europe, becoming an important element of a healthy lifestyle and macrobiotic cuisine.
Arame seaweed is dark brown or black thin stripes. Freshly harvested arameas have thick leaves and require long cooking. The fresh seaweed is cut, then dried, partially cooked and dried again.
How to prepare it and with what it is
Arame seaweed has a delicate, sweet flavor. You can add them to pasta, soups, cooked vegetables, rice or salads. They go well with stews, canelloni and tofu.
Before using Arame seaweed, rinse thoroughly, then soak in warm water for about 5 - 10 minutes and drain. In the process of cooking, they significantly increase their volume.
Thanks to their slightly sweet taste, they are perfect for sweet shakes.
