Guarana Powder

Guarana, natural energy straight from the Amazon
Guarana is a plant native to South America. Known and consumed by the indigenous people for hundreds of years. It has a stimulating effect. Recommended as a coffee substitute.
Properties of guarana
Finely ground guarana is primarily a natural richness of caffeine, the concentration of which can reach up to 8%. The caffeine contained in guarana is absorbed more slowly by our body, which results in a prolonged stimulation effect, up to several hours. Recommended during periods of intense mental work and increased physical activity.
Guarana, how much, how and for what
An important feature of guarana is the fact that despite the heat treatment, it does not lose its stimulating properties. Bitter and tart taste. It is also worth noting that guarana powder is poorly soluble in liquids.
It is recommended to consume 1 - 2 tablespoons of guarana powder a day, half an hour before training or with strenuous mental work, preferably on an empty stomach. It works best as an addition to yoghurt, cereals, muesli or smoothies.
Guarana cocktail suggestion: 1 banana, milk or yogurt, 1 tablespoon of ground guarana, juice of half a lemon, 3 tablespoons of agave syrup. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
