Freeze-dried spinach - an "iron" item in every kitchen

To begin with, we debunk the myth: of the micronutrients in spinach, you will find the most nutrients not iron, but potassium, calcium and potassium. This green vegetable probably came to Poland about 400 years ago from Asia. There it was known and cultivated in the last millennium. If you intend to grow spinach on your own, sowing must be planned for the cold season - preferably in autumn. In the heat of July, spinach will not sprout.

Properties of spinach

Iron is only 2.7 mg in green raw leaves, but you will find more calcium in this vegetable than in cottage cheese! If you eat 400 g of spinach, you will meet the body's daily need for magnesium and provide a large amount of vitamins B, A and C. Organic freeze-dried spinach is equal to the content of vitamins and minerals valuable for the body. This is due to freeze-drying - a unique process in which frozen green leaves are dried. When you reach for organic freeze-dried spinach, you can be sure that in the appetizing-looking dried fruit you will find ingredients that will strengthen your bones, take care of the beautiful appearance of your body from the inside and ensure efficient regulation of muscle work and calm nerves. Your eyes will also thank you for a menu enriched with freeze-dried spinach, which is full of vitamin A.

Spinach recipes

Organic freeze-dried spinach is perfect for cooking, frying and baking. You can use it to prepare excellent soups, sauces, casseroles, stews, as a vegetable for dinner or as a filling for pancakes. Just remember to combine this vegetable with dairy -
this way you neutralize quite a lot of oxalate contained in spinach (for which your kidneys will be grateful). It tastes great with milk, cream or cheese.
