A few words about almonds

Humanity has been appreciating the health and taste of almonds for millennia. Their homeland is most likely North Africa, although due to the taste they have spread practically in every latitude. Currently, the largest producers of almonds are Spain, Italy and Greece outside Europe, the USA.

Why you should eat almonds regularly

Almond seeds contain nearly 20% protein and about 50% fat, rich in unsaturated fatty acids. That is why almonds have long been considered a symbol of well-being and health. Recommended for pregnant women due to the high content of folic acid. Almonds are also a great source of energy for every day. Gluten-free almonds are a popular ingredient in gluten-free food preparations, making them a healthy alternative for people with food allergies.

If not a snack then what

Almonds are, above all, a delicious and healthy snack, and their unique taste makes them attractive.
They are also very popular in the confectionery industry, where they are used for the production of sweets, masses and creams, desserts and marzipan.
In the kitchen, we can use them not only as an ingredient of sweet dishes, desserts or cakes, but also for meat, poultry and fish dishes, as well as fruit and vegetable salads.

Najlepsze jakie jadłem

Próbowałem już dużo migdałów BIO, ale te są zdecydowanie najlepsze. Nie zawierają migdałów gorzkich co się często zdarza, a do tego w smaku dużo lepsze od pozostałych BIO.
