How to prepare sauerkraut pancakes?

  • Mix the chickpea flour with the smoked paprika, soy sauce, salt and water. And for me the whisk did not work, because all the dough went inside. Better to use a fork.
  • Chop the sauerkraut and add it to the dough and mix the whole dough again.
  • Heat a solid layer of olive oil in a pan and form medium-sized patties. I got 4 pieces from this recipe.

  • sauerkraut 150g
  • chickpea flour 70g
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • water 3-4 tbsp
  • smoked pepper 1/2 tsp
  • pinch Himalayan salt
  • olive oil / frying oil
