pack of tofu
spoon of tamari soy sauce
spoon of extra virgin olive oil
a teaspoon of garlic
6 tablespoons of corn starch
Recipe for crispy tofu
Prepare the marinade: mix the soy sauce, olive oil and garlic
cut the tofu into cubes about 2x2cm and add from the marinade
mix and leave for 5 minutes
add 3 tablespoons of corn starch to a foil bag and add 1/3 tofu
close the pouch and shake until all the tofu is coated in the starch
prepare the next two parties in the same way
pour tofu on a baking tray with paper
bake in the oven for 15 minutes
turn the tofu so that it is baked on each side
bake another 15 minutes
Serve as an appetizer alone or with sauces. Add to your favorite dishes with pasta or rice.
