A big challenge is ahead of me. I want to interest you with a dish that I did not want to try myself :) You have to take my word for it, there is no better porridge for cold mornings. Even if you do not like turmeric, you'll like this warming porridge.
How to prepare a golden porridge?
The base of the golden porridge is curcuma paste, pepper and coconut oil. It is she who gives her this power.
Prepare a spoonful of unrefined coconut oil gently in a pot. Once it is dissolved, add a teaspoon of turmeric and a lot of freshly ground pepper. A thick, aromatic paste will arise from this. You will feel her in the whole house.
The next step is classic porridge. You can make it the way you like it: on the water, in vegetable milk or as I do it, meaning with water with a spoon of coconut mousse.
The next step is half a glass of oatmeal (about 75g), add to the pot, pour a glass of cold water and add a tablespoon of coconut mousse. We wait for the water to boil and reduce the power of the burner. Every now and then we mix. I am adding a teaspoon of xylitol so that the porridge is more sweet. However, this is an optional component :) After about 5 minutes of cooking porridge should be ready.
Finished porridge put into a bowl and add your favorite additions.
Golden oatmeal recipe
BIO Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
BIO Pepper - at my discretion, I give a lot :)
BIO Unrefined coconut oil - 1 tbsp
BIO oat flakes - half a glass - about 75g
BIO Coconut mousse - 1 tbsp
Xylitol - 1 teaspoon (optional)
Water - 1 glass of 250ml
