The popcultural synonym of breakfast is certainly peanut butter, spread smugly on slices of bread or pancakes in American films. For many years this "American dream" has become more and more rooted in Poland - what do we need to know about it? Let's see.
Why is peanut butter healthy?
There is no debate about tastes! However, it is difficult to find a person who would not like the taste of a good nut paste. However, will the rest of the body be just as happy as the taste buds in this case? Fortunately, yes! Natural peanut butter is healthy and rich in vitamins and other nutrients. It should be remembered, however, that only the best products made from nuts themselves and those that do not contain unnecessary additives (such as salt, preservatives, artificial colors) will have full value. What are the types of peanut butter?

Prepared in this way, you just need to pour and mix until you get the consistency that suits you - some people prefer to feel pieces of nuts, others prefer 100% smooth pastes. It is worth mentioning that some people subject the nuts to the roasting process before they are blended. When is the best way to eat peanut butter?
Good toothpaste is a healthy and filling element of the diet. Other options include the use of peanut butter as an addition to sweet pastries or creams or, for example, spicy poultry dishes.
If we like peanut butter, it's also worth remembering that it works well in a sports diet or ... slimming diet!
