Fashion for healthy products does not go away. Not only do more people eat them, but also new products appear in their assortment every now and then. One of them is coconut paste - a real rarity for bloggers and celebrities. And because coconut paste has been available in our store for some time, we decided to devote some attention to it and see why it is worth having it and what you can prepare for it.
Coconut paste (http://drpelc.pl/pasty-i-masla-orzechowe/443-bio-pasta-kokosowa-100-kokos-ekologiczna-250g-ekogram-wielonki.html) arises from the ground inside the coconut nut. It is a product that is 100% natural, does not contain any additives: dyes, sugar, preservatives. Organic coconut paste has the same health and taste. Some say they eat it with a spoon straight from the jar, and others add it to many dishes. There are many possibilities, but one by one.
Why is it worth eating "coconut" products?
Many of you have already convinced you that the fruits of the coconut palm have already had the same health. The most well-known product obtained from them is coconut oil (about which we wrote HERE https://drpelc.pl/blog/7_Olej-kokosowy-jaki-wybrac--Virgin-czy-rafinow). A growing group of admirers also gets coconut paste available in convenient jars. We immediately hurry to explain that coconut can of course be made at home, but it is quite labor-intensive, and coconuts are difficult to access in our stores.
"Coconut" products are worth eating not only because of their taste, but also because they are extremely healthy. It is not without reason that coconut palm is called the "tree of life". White coconut pulp contains many nutrients. Consumption of coconut in various forms is recommended for problems with dementia, overweight, mycoses, and even as a valuable supplement to the diet for cancer. It stimulates metabolism, regulates the bacterial flora of the intestines and digestive tract, and lowers cholesterol. It is very nutritious and is a source of easily absorbed energy. Coconut paste consists of 70% saturated fatty acids, contains a lot of vitamins (E, B, C) and minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc).
Coconut paste - a universal product
The popularity of coconut paste is primarily determined by the many possibilities of its use. The paste we offer is an organic product that was made by grinding white coconut flesh and does not contain any additives - preservatives, dyes or flavor enhancers. By adding the right amount of water to it you can prepare milk, cream or coconut cream. In each form it retains its intense aroma and flavor.
It is widely used primarily in Asian cuisine, where it is added to many dishes and thus obtains a unique aroma and flavor. In Europe it is very popular as an addition to breakfast - it is certainly decided by the richness of minerals contained in the coconut, as well as the amount of energy supplied. Coconut paste can also replace milk in recipes for ice cream or homemade chocolate.
What to prepare with coconut paste?
You want to buy coconut paste, but you do not know what you can prepare for it? We offer two fast, tasty and exotic dishes. Here they are:

Fry the onions, garlic and chilli pepper finely and simmer together in a pot on a spoonful of oil. Peel the zucchini and potatoes, cut them into small pieces, add them to the pan, lightly pour the vegetable stock and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add curry. Pour the rest of the vegetable broth. Cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the vegetables are soft, add parsley and coriander. Mix it smoothly. Add coconut paste and heat, but do not boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If the soup is to be sharper, you can add a little chili.

Heat the oven (hot air) to 180 degrees. Put the fish and bake about 20 minutes.
During this time, warm up a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion. Put the rice and fry for about 3 minutes, until the grains become glassy.
