The best potato pancakes
This recipe is Jadłonomi from the book NEW FLYING. I would recommend! This is a vegan version of pies without egg and wheat flour.
Ingredients for vegan potato pancakes
2 potatoes (300g)
1/4 of onions
2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
unscented coconut oil for frying
Potatoes rub on a grater together with onions. I used a grater with large eyelets. Then add the chickpea flour, seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Warm the coconut oil well in a pan and form small pancakes. We cook a few minutes on each page, to blush.
I got 5 of the average number of cakes from this amount. According to me, this is a portion for one person :)
