Ingredients for the bottom:

Put greased on the baking tray, forming a slightly higher margin. Bake in golden color in preheated oven. Just about 20 minutes in 180 degrees.

1 glass of home-made apple juice (can also be a compote without sugar)
Spoon of orange candied peel
1 tablespoon of coconut chips

To decoration:
Dried apricots, raisins, almond flakes and walnuts

Vegan apple pie

Apple pie is a cake that always goes out, tastes almost everyone and during baking at home, it smells of apples and cinnamon. This cake for all occasions - although the base of the occasion is also perfect.
How to make them in the vegan edition?
The given ingredients are calculated on a round plate with a diameter of 26 cm.

225 g of spelled flour
115 g of coconut oil (
90 g of sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
½ packaging of baking powder
160 ml of water
Pinch of salt
Juice from a lemon half

In addition to the apples, mix all ingredients. If the dough is too dry - add a little water, if too wet sprinkle with flour. Spread the mold with grease and put the dough into it. Peel the apples, remove the seed nests and cut into small strips. Cut the sliced ​​apples evenly on the dough, lightly press them. If you like, you can sprinkle apples lightly with cinnamon. Mix the ingredients into crumble. Tear off small pieces and crumble on the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees with the air circulation on for about 45 minutes. It's best to check with a stick if the cake is left on it, because if the apples have a lot of juice, you need to bake a little longer. It is the most healthy to eat after cooling, but this can be a problem, because the heat is also very tasty, so it may not last.
